• Senior Payroll Executive with expertise in payroll management within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HRIS systems, payroll processing, salary structuring, compliance, and client management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the accurate and efficient management of payroll operations for 
a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Employee onboarding experience.
• Payroll processing, pre-offer & post-offer document collection, KYC validation.
• Salary negotiation and offer management.
• Joining date coordination and joining formalities assistance.
• E-code generation assistance.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for a high volume of employees across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle inquiries and requests from employees and clients regarding payroll matters, providing timely and accurate responses and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews of payroll data to identify errors, discrepancies, or areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Client interaction.
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRMS.
• Stay updated on relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements across different geographies, ensuring adherence to statutory obligations.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols in handling sensitive payroll information and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain employee records, process payroll transactions, and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and client services teams, to gather payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and address client-specific requirements.
