Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune
Shift Timings: US/US/AUS Rotational/Night Shifts
Job Type: Full-Time | Voice/Non-Voice | Inbound/Outbound
Experience: Fresher to 5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000/month + Incentives + Shift Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats depending on the process
• Ensure first-call resolution with empathy and accuracy
• Maintain professional communication and adhere to client protocols
• Accurately document all interactions in the system
• Meet daily/weekly targets for productivity and quality

Process Details:

• Uk Voice Process: Day & Night Shift | Inbound/Outbound support chat/email/Call
• US Non-Voice/Chat Process: Night Shift | Customer service via chat/email/Call
• AUS Process: Early Morning/Day Shift | Sales/Support/Verification roles chat/email/Call

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must be fluent in English – US/UK/AUS accent is a bonus
• Freshers with great communication are welcome
• Prior international BPO experience preferred
• Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Customer service orientation
• Problem-solving skills and presence of mind
• Typing speed (for chat process): 30–35 WPM with 90% accuracy
